License Procedures

Dear Sailors,

To avoid any delays, we kindly ask you to complete your license procedures at least 5 business days before the event in which you will participate.

In order for the procedures to be completed, all required documents and original passport-size photographs must be submitted to our Club.

2026 Individual License Applications

Individual license applications for 2026 must be completed through e-Government (e-Devlet).

2026 Club License and Renewal Fee

The fee for club license applications and license renewals for 2026 is TRY 1,500.

Of this amount, TRY 1,300 is paid to the Federation, while the remaining amount is collected as the Club’s service fee.

Payment must be made to the TAYK bank account below. The payment receipt for TRY 1,500 must be submitted to TAYK together with the other required documents.

No license fee is charged for sailors aged 16 and under.

Required Documents for License Procedures

New Club License

The following documents are required for sailors applying for a new club license:

• Club Affiliation Document (Annex 2)

• Single Physician Medical Report confirming that there is no medical condition preventing participation in sports

• 2 recent passport-size photographs

• Declaration of Swimming Ability for Swimming, Sailing, Canoeing and Rafting disciplines

License Renewal

The following documents are required for license renewal:

• Club Affiliation Document (Annex 2)

• 1 recent passport-size photograph

• Single Physician Medical Report confirming that there is no medical condition preventing participation in sports

• Parent/Guardian Consent Form for sailors under the age of 18

Transfer Procedures

The following documents are required for transfer procedures:

• Sports Club Consent Form (Annex 7) – To be obtained from the sailor’s current club

• Transfer Agreement (Annex 5) – To be completed by the sailor’s new club

• Parent/Guardian Consent Form (Annex 1)

• Health Declaration Form – For sailors under the age of 18

• Health Declaration Form – For sailors aged 18 and over

• 2 recent passport-size photographs

• Single Physician Medical Report confirming that there is no medical condition preventing participation in sports

Viewing Your Athlete License Card

Athlete license cards can be viewed online through the Sports Information System on e-Government (e-Devlet).

After logging in to the Sports Information System, select Athlete from the Transaction Menu on the left, proceed to My Licenses, and select View License Card. You can then save a screenshot of your license card.
